DESIGN PROCESS

The design process for your website or blog starts with a short questionnaire. The questionnaire will help me get an idea of your style and preferences for the design. Once the questionnaire is received, we will begin the design phase on your agreed upon project start date. Once an initial design is sent, you are allowed two rounds of revisions for your design: one for larger conceptual changes, and one for smaller tweaks such as coloring. If by some chance you are still not completely satisfied with the designs after two rounds of revisions, you can continue to commission BrandzVision at the rate of $120/hr.

Each of your two sets of revisions must be contained within one email each. If you send over several one-liner emails requesting changes, it can be very time-consuming to sort through and also makes it easy for me to miss something. Be sure to take some time and really assess your design before responding.

Revisions requested on a particular aspect of your design that you have given prior approval on (or revisions you did not specify when you were given the opportunity to make edits) will be made at an hourly rate of $120.

TIMELINE

We do everything we possibly can to deliver your completed project as soon as possible. Custom Design packages average 4-6 weeks from idea to install. The initial design is sent to you in 3-4 business days after your project start date. Of course these are based on average times, and can change due to delayed communication, extra add-ons, etc. Each revision of your design may take an additional 2-4 business days depending on the complexity of your request.

Please note that all timelines are merely estimates, and ultimately we will take whatever time necessary to provide you with a quality finished product. Due to the variable nature of blog/web design, delays do occasionally happen and are not considered grounds for a refund.

COMMUNICATE

We prefer to communicate by email, as it is our fastest method of contact. Once you contact me, you will get a response within 24-48 hours. During the design phase, it is very important that we communicate often so that we can get your project finished as soon as possible.

After three months of no communication from a client, the project will be archived. To resume and complete the project, there will be a fee of $250.00.

CUSTOM DESIGN SUPPORT

Four working days of support will be available following the completion of your project- starting on the day your website or blog is installed. It will be your responsibility to bring to my attention any things that may need to be edited/tweaked. Any work requested after these four days will be charged by an hourly fee of $85/hr.

HOSTING

If you need to purchase hosting or a domain, we highly recommend Hostinger.

PAYMENT AND REFUND

BrandzVision accepts payments with PayPal. All payments are due up front prior to the project start date. A 50% deposit may be made to reserve your date on the calendar, if your order total is $200.00 or more.  Once an order or deposit is placed and payment is made, it is non-refundable. If placing a deposit, the remaining balance is due on or before your project start date.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Hours of operation Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.

COPYRIGHT

You will own the graphics and other visual elements that are created for this project. BrandzVision also requires a link to be displayed at the bottom of your new website or blogsite for the duration of the use of the design. We also reserve the right to display and link to your completed project on blog posts and through social media (Pinterest, Facebook Page, etc).

By purchasing from BrandzVision, you agree to the terms listed above.
